Terms and Conditions — 77cb Platform Rules and Player Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing 77cb — whether through the website at 77cb.vu, the Android app, the iOS app or any other platform we operate — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

These terms form a binding agreement between you and 77cb. They apply to all activities on the platform including account registration, deposits, placing bets, playing casino games, claiming bonuses and requesting withdrawals. Using the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

These terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 77cb.

2. Account Eligibility

To register and use 77cb you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 77cb is strictly for adults only.
• You must be accessing the platform on your own behalf — not on behalf of another person.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended 77cb account. Only one account is permitted per person, per household and per device.
• You must not be acting in any professional capacity that would constitute a conflict of interest with the platform's operation.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration and keep that information current.

77cb reserves the right to request identity documentation at any point, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address and confirmation of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Employees, contractors and immediate family members of 77cb and its affiliated companies are not eligible to hold player accounts.

3. Registration and Account Security

When registering, you are required to provide a valid email address, a chosen username and a password. The information you provide must be accurate — submitting false details, including a false date of birth, is a breach of these terms and will result in account closure.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. 77cb will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately.

Any activity carried out using your account credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you unless you have reported a security breach beforehand. 77cb will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where reasonable security precautions were not taken by the account holder.

You agree to notify 77cb promptly if any of your registered details change — particularly your contact email and your payment method information — so that the account remains current and withdrawals can be processed without delays.

4. Deposits and Payments

All deposits at 77cb are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported for deposits:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits processed directly through the JazzCash integration
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits via the Easypaisa channel
• Raast — bank-to-bank instant transfers via the State Bank of Pakistan's Raast system
• Bank Transfer — direct transfers from Pakistan bank accounts
• Debit Cards — Pakistan-issued debit cards where supported
• Mobile Wallets — other supported mobile wallet options as available at the time of deposit

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section at the time of deposit. These limits may vary by payment method and may be adjusted from time to time. Deposit limits that you have set yourself through the responsible gaming tools take precedence over standard platform limits.

Deposits are generally credited to your account promptly following confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your account within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number.

77cb does not accept deposits from third parties. The payment method used to deposit must belong to you and must be registered in the same name as your 77cb account. Deposits from third-party accounts will be refunded and may trigger an account review.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed back to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible. You may be required to complete identity verification before a withdrawal is approved — this is standard procedure and applies particularly to first withdrawals and withdrawals above certain thresholds.

Withdrawals are processed in PKR. Processing times vary by method: mobile wallet withdrawals via JazzCash and Easypaisa are generally faster than bank transfers, which may take additional business days depending on your bank. VIP members at higher tiers benefit from prioritised withdrawal processing as part of the VIP programme.

The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal can be processed:

• Your account identity verification must be complete.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your balance must be fulfilled or the bonus must be forfeited.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold displayed in the cashier.
• The account must be in good standing with no active security review or dispute.

77cb reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests where there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to unusual activity patterns, large withdrawal amounts or incomplete verification. These checks are carried out to protect both the account holder and the integrity of the platform.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

77cb offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and VIP programme rewards. Each promotion has its own specific terms which are communicated at the time the offer is presented. The general rules in this section apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement must be completed in full before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• The wagering requirement multiplier for each bonus is displayed when the offer is accepted. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage or not at all. Contribution rates are specified in the individual bonus terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited automatically.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players. 77cb reserves the right to withhold or reverse bonuses where there is evidence of abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing offsetting bets to lock in a risk-free outcome or any other strategy designed to exploit the promotion rather than engage with it in good faith.

The VIP programme operates on an ongoing basis with points earned from qualifying wagers contributing to tier progression. VIP benefits including cashback, faster withdrawals and exclusive offers are outlined in the VIP section of the platform and are subject to the terms applicable to that programme.

7. Game Play Rules

All casino games available on 77cb — including slots, live dealer tables, fish games, bingo and table games — are operated using certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino, real-time dealing by professional dealers streamed directly to your device. The outcomes of all games are determined by these systems and are not influenced by 77cb or by any action taken outside the game itself.

By participating in any game you accept the specific rules of that game as displayed within the game interface. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round may be declared void. No bets will be settled on a void round and any stakes placed will be returned to your balance. 77cb's decision on matters relating to technical faults is final.

Game results displayed in your account history constitute the official record of your activity. If you believe a game result has been recorded incorrectly, contact support within 7 days of the session in question and provide as much detail as possible, including the game name, date and approximate time.

8. Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on 77cb covers cricket — including Pakistan Super League (PSL) fixtures, T20 internationals, domestic matches and global tournaments — as well as football, esports and other sports available on the platform at any given time.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change before confirmation; the odds shown when you place your bet are the odds that apply.
• Pre-match bets are settled once the relevant event concludes and the result is confirmed by official sources. Live in-play bets are settled according to the in-play rules specific to each market.
• In cricket, if a match is abandoned or rained off before the minimum number of overs required for a result are bowled, pre-match bets on the match result will generally be voided and stakes returned. Market-specific rules apply to other bet types such as top scorer, total runs and method of dismissal markets.
• If a bet is placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled or postponed beyond 48 hours of its original scheduled time, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.
• 77cb reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where there is evidence of match manipulation or where the integrity of the event is in question.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and may vary by sport, event and account tier. These limits are enforced at the time of bet placement.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 77cb and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Opening more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account policy
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform
• Colluding with other players in poker, live games or any other multiplayer format
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings obtained through exploitation will be voided
• Using deposits or withdrawals on 77cb to move funds for any purpose other than genuine gaming activity
• Providing false identity information or documentation
• Harassing, threatening or using abusive language towards support staff or other players
• Any attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape or systematically copy content or data from the platform

If you become aware of a bug or error that could be exploited, you are obliged to report it to support immediately rather than taking advantage of it. Reports of genuine bugs submitted in good faith will be treated positively and will not result in any penalty to the reporting account.

10. Responsible Gaming

77cb is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports responsible play. Gaming should be an enjoyable activity — if it stops being fun or begins to cause financial or personal stress, it is time to step back.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players from the account settings area:

12. Limitation of Liability

77cb provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform operates correctly and without interruption, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free of errors at all times. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.

To the fullest extent permitted, 77cb's liability to any player is limited to the amount of funds held in that player's account at the time the relevant claim arises. 77cb is not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental losses, including loss of expected winnings on bets that were not placed due to technical issues.

77cb is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's failure to keep their account credentials secure, from the player providing incorrect payment details for withdrawals or from delays caused by third-party payment providers.

13. Changes to These Terms

77cb reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
